Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to understand their needs and pain points
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing ones
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Contribute to the development of sales reports and provide insights to the management team
Qualifications
