Overview
Drafting, reviewing and revising in accordance with our global corporate standards and applicable laws, including non-disclosure and similar confidentiality agreements, release / non-reliance and reliance letters, engagement letters and supplier agreements. Assisting in general corporate housekeeping matters. Liaising with the Global Legal Team.

Qualifications
A degree in law from a recognized universityMinimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or the inhouse legal department of an international group of companiesStrong communication skills and commitment to teamworking, high analytical capabilities, good understanding of the businessKnowledge and experience in MS OfficeExcellent command of written and spoken English; other languages spoken in our global business regions (e.g., Chinese, German, French) are a plusHighest professional standards, including with a view to confidentialityAdditional Information
