Digital Marketing Strategist

Job descriptionAudit and plan campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. Provide CRO recommendations and website briefs for developers. Guide email / CRM strategies for retention and customer lifetime value. Act as a client-facing growth consultant in meetings and reviews. Work with ad specialists, account managers, and creatives to execute strategies. Deep-dive into Shopify / store data, troubleshoot app-related issues, and propose fixes. Analyze performance data and extract actionable insights. Build reports that connect marketing actions to sales and revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Growth & Consulting
- Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid ads, CRO, content, and retention.
- Advise eCommerce founders / teams on revenue growth opportunities and business bottlenecks.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies that impact bottom-line sales.
