SALES MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL DEVICES / ELECTRICAL COMPONENT (REF : GA)
A Malaysian subsidiary of a global electronics giant, specializing in the sales and distribution of electronic components and industrial devices.
Drive New Business & Sales Growth : Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed challenging sales targets for electronic components.
Global Distributor Management : Manage and serve global distributors within the Electronics & Electrical (E&E) sector.
Commercial Operations : Oversee a broad spectrum of commercial activities, including sales planning, supply chain management (SCM), delivery control, PSI management, and leading the quotation team.
Strategic Leadership : Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and company goals, fostering a results‑oriented environment.
Customer & Factory Liaison : Effectively handle high pressure from both customers and the factory, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Data Analysis & Presentation : Utilize strong analytical skills to manage complex sales data and information, preparing impactful presentations and reports.
Problem‑Solving : Apply excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to address challenges and optimize sales strategies.
Market Opportunity Identification : Proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Requirements
Min 3 years and above experience in Electronics Component Industrial Sales.
Able to work independently with min guidance.
Hunger or desire to achieve and create new sales.
Good communication, excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experienced in commercial for E&E (Sales, doing SCM, Delivery control, PSI, Quate team etc).
Experience to handle and serve Global Distributors business for E&E (Global Distributors).
Additional Information
Working Hours : 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm (Monday to Friday).
