About the Role : We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representatives to join our growing APAC Sales Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for small to medium-sized business owners exploring client's solutions. Your role is to understand their business needs, educate them on the right client's product, and guide them through to purchase. This position combines consultative selling, customer service, and product expertise in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email from potential client's customers.
• Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand business challenges, pain points, and goals.
• Recommend suitable client's plans, add-ons, and ecosystem solutions tailored to their needs.
• Demonstrate product value and capabilities through guided discussions and screenshare walkthroughs (if applicable).
• Convert inbound leads to paying customers while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed monthly conversion, revenue, and customer experience targets.
• Accurately manage leads, opportunities, and customer records using CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on client's features, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide confident and informed consultations.
