Job descriptionMinimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field. Experience in call center, sales, or customer service is an added advantage. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and / or Bahasa Malaysia. Comfortable working with sales targets and incentive‑based performance. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple inquiries efficiently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM / call handling systems. Willing to work in shifts. Provided training. EPF & SOSCO. Annual leave & medical leave. 5 working days. Allowance provided.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers interested in the company’s products or services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations or solutions.
- Promote and upsell relevant products or add‑on services to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the team leader and sales manager to improve conversion rates and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards, ensuring a professional and customer‑focused approach.
