Job descriptionMinimum SPM qualification; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension). Experience in customer service, B2B / B2C sales, or call center support is an advantage. Comfortable working with sales targets / KPIs. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Tech-savvy or interested in web / online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce). Open to local Malaysians, willing to work on 24 / 7 rotational shifts. 5 working days Annual Leave and Sick Leave Training Provided Allowance Provided EPF and SOCSO

Base pay range
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution.
- Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach.
- Meet performance goals including FCR, conversion, NPS, and sales targets.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
