About the Role
The Senior Brand Executive owns and drives campaign launches for MONTIGO. This role requires a resourceful, outside‑the‑box thinker with a passion for problem solving. Leading initiatives and campaigns independently is expected from the Senior Brand Executive. The ideal candidate should bring strong strategic thinking, creative marketing, excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan major campaign mechanics and monitor Brand Executives’ daily tasks.
- Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for integration activities between marketing, creatives and operations stakeholders; initiate, collect and execute quarterly brand initiatives and strategies.
- Support product growth and performance through influencer marketing / sourcing, PR releases, e‑commerce store optimizations and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure website functionality, integrity and UI / UX front‑end changes.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become problems; understand competitor and industry landscapes.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience and overseas customer service teams to deliver world‑class customer experience.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions and action items to ensure continuous progress in acquisition and migration processes.
- Manage day‑to‑day tasks including setting up data rooms, coordinating meetings, managing logistics and follow‑up activities.
- Anticipate changes, bottlenecks and trade‑offs; balance business needs versus technical and operational constraints.
- Manage changes in campaign scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Manage social media community.
- Handle other ad‑hoc matters.
Qualifications
2–3 years of relevant experience in campaign planning, marketing communications, brand planning, concept development and project management.Effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, negotiate and problem solve.Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and adapt quickly to changing priorities.Comfortable working in a complex, ambiguous, ever‑changing environment.Strong attention to detail and follow‑through skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.#J-18808-Ljbffr
