About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Techno-Commercial Executive to enhance sales and expand market reach for our agrochemical products, such as crop protection and plant nutrition solutions. This position merges technical agronomy expertise with commercial insight to deliver valuable solutions to farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Responsibilities :
Drive sales growth by promoting agrochemical products (e.g., herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, bio-stimulants).
Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.
Technical Responsibilities :
Provide technical guidance and support to farmers, including product recommendations, crop advisory, and demonstration plots.
Assist in addressing product complaints or performance issues through field trials or investigations.
Reporting & Administration :
Prepare weekly and monthly customer feedback reports, field activity updates, and market intelligence summaries.
