Job descriptionCoordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CFS / ICD, and overseas agents to ensure timely booking and cargo movement. Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation as per customer and regulatory requirements. File Shipping Bills and liaise with Customs / CHA for export clearance. Ensure compliance with Incoterms, DGFT, Customs, and Export-Import regulations. Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and correspondences. Provide shipment status updates to customers and resolve operational issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, sales, accounts) to ensure smooth operations. Position : Import Export Executive
Location : Klang
Preferred : Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
Skills : Operations, Client Relationship, Team Management and Negotiation
Salary : RM 3500 to RM 6000 Per Month (Will be based on the Interview Performance)
Employment Type : Full Time
Requirements
- Prepare, verify, and process export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing
List, Shipping Instructions, Bill of Lading / AWB, Certificate of Origin and other relevant
documents.
