Event Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning and Execution : Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals, including prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Vendor Management : Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors (e.g., caterers, AV providers).
• Contract Negotiation and Management : Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring they accurately reflect Company needs and venue policies.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring they align with revenue targets and organizational goals.
• Marketing and Promotion : Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new business.
• Reporting and Analysis : Track sales performance, identify trends, and provide reports to management.
• Staff Management : Supervise event team, including on-site event personnel and other relevant team members.
• Problem Solving : Address any issues or concerns that arise during the event, ensuring a positive client experience.
