Job Description :
- Provide support to team members in coordination and execution of Corporate Finance engagements.
- Assist in preparing draft announcements, circular, and relevant application documents for submission to the authorities.
- Liaise with various professionals including members of due diligence working group to ensure smooth and timely completion of Corporate Finance engagements.
- Ensure all work meets regulatory, legal, compliance, and internal standards.
- Deliver assignments efficiently, maintaining high quality while meeting strict deadlines.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree and / or Professional Qualification in Finance and Accounting or related discipline.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, preferably within a stockbroking firm, investment bank, or similar industry.Strong command of written and spoken English.Solid understanding of capital market rules, requirements, and regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Willingness to work extended hours and meet tight deadlines.Adaptive, resourceful, innovative, and able to handle diversified responsibilities.Personal Qualities & Attributes :
