We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive, Corporate Finance to join our team and play a key role in executing high-profile mandates with precision and excellence. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of our Corporate Finance department

Job Description :

Provide support to team members in coordination and execution of Corporate Finance engagements.
Assist in preparing draft announcements, circular, and relevant application documents for submission to the authorities.
Liaise with various professionals including members of due diligence working group to ensure smooth and timely completion of Corporate Finance engagements.
Ensure all work meets regulatory, legal, compliance, and internal standards.
Deliver assignments efficiently, maintaining high quality while meeting strict deadlines.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree and / or Professional Qualification in Finance and Accounting or related discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, preferably within a stockbroking firm, investment bank, or similar industry.

Strong command of written and spoken English.

Solid understanding of capital market rules, requirements, and regulations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willingness to work extended hours and meet tight deadlines.

Adaptive, resourceful, innovative, and able to handle diversified responsibilities.
