The Job

Build, manage, and optimize Shopify stores to ensure high performance, user experience, and seamless functionality.

Leverage performance marketing experience to align store optimization efforts with ad performance goals and data insights.

Optimize product pages to improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV) through bundle sales;

Monitor all live discounts and cost structures (ads, refunds, procurement costs, etc.) to maximize profit margins;

Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product selection, align product images, and integrate customer feedback for better quality control;

Develop audience targeting strategies for different sub-categories (e.g., activewear vs. party dresses);

Create creative requests to improve ad performance.

The Profile

You have hands-on experience building or optimizing Shopify stores that convert.

You have hands-on experience with Shopify Analytics

You’ve worked in marketing or e-commerce for 3+ years and understand how to position and sell products online.

You know your way around performance marketing — from setting up campaigns to reading the numbers and tweaking for better ROAS.

You’re comfortable analyzing store and ad performance data to optimize conversion rates and improve profit margins.

You’re familiar with the nuances of cross-border e-commerce, from supply chain costs to international ad strategies.

You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
