Job descriptionAttend customer's request for bookings, enquiries & complaints through various channels, in a timely manner.Communicate with customer to establish the service or repair need for their vehicles & translate these job requirements into comprehensive quotations for their agreement.Build sustainable relationship and trust with the customers & really committing to increase customer's engagement level.Follow up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, & keep customer update on the status on their vehicles.Provide accurate and valid information with appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle customer's requirements and complaint.Capture customers' feedback on the service levels, and present findings for management view.Assist the Service Manager in evaluating and improving the current practices and processes.
