Job Summary
Drive high-impact strategy initiatives that shape the future of the Group. In this role, you will lead critical projects, partner closely with top and senior management, and tackle the organization's most pressing strategic priorities.
General Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : Lead the development and refinement of the company's long term strategy in collaboration with BU and Functions.
- Business Analysis : Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal performance assessments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Project Leadership : Drive high impact strategic projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Executive Advisory : Prepare and present high quality strategic recommendations, business cases, and board-level presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Cross Functional Collaboration : Partner with Business Units and Functions to ensure strategy implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with internal stakeholders in understanding their needs for strategy support
- Performance Tracking : Define and monitor KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' success and recommend course corrections as needed.
- Thought Leadership : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to inform strategic direction.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Minimum five to eight years' experience in a leading strategy consulting companyDemonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business, industry and various functional areasDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information.Demonstrate sound knowledge in best practices on Strategic management, transformational projects, portfolio management, market intelligence and market research, performance analysisProven experience working with top level leadershipProven experience influencing others with authority and building a strong interpersonal networkDemonstrate strong communication and storytelling skillsProven experience working with primary and secondary research methodologies and techniquesProven experience using various and multiple information and data mining toolsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBi, BI tools)Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken), other Asian language will be an added advantageProven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education
