Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support monthly closing activities, including preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and follow up with customers / vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, procurement, and logistics teams) for financial-related matters.
- Assist in preparing supporting documents for audits and tax submissions.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (experience in the logistics industry is an advantage).Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, or equivalent).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.Job Type : Full-time
