Reporting To : Account Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily finance operations, including :
• Raising Purchase Orders (PO)
• Creating Delivery Orders (DO)
• Preparing and issuing invoices
• Perform accurate data entry in AutoCount and ABSS accounting systems for all three companies, covering transactions from 1 January 2025 to present.
• Maintain and update : Finance database, Finance Summary (daily basis)
• Organize and manage the account department's filing system (digital & physical).
• Provide support for ad hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned by superior.
