The General Manager oversees all aspects of plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain. This role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective production aligned with business goals and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities

Lead daily operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Drive strategic initiatives for cost reduction, process optimization, and capacity planning. Manage and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA). Oversee inventory, procurement, and logistics to maintain optimal material flow. Control budgets and implement cost-saving measures. Collaborate with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers to align operations with business needs. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or FMCG, with 5+ years in leadership. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and ERP / MRP systems. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
