Role overview

The Operations Director leads the execution of all projects and service contracts across Southeast Asia. This includes managing Operations Leads to ensure delivery is safe, on-time, on-budget, and to specification, while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The role balances regional autonomy with the need for standardized, scalable execution processes.

Responsibilities

1. Multi-Region Execution Leadership

• Lead and develop Execution Leads for Southeast Asia.
• Maintain delivery accountability for project and O&M contract P&L across the region.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing between regions.
