We are an established Corporate Insurance Agency and Credit & Leasing Company in the market. We provide general insurance services and loan financing facilities such as Hire Purchase, Industrial Hire Purchase and Term Loan.
Key Duties
- Arrange and issue insurance cover notes, policies and eAdvice slips.
- Monitor insurance renewals to ensure all policies are renewed promptly.
- Checking and delivering of insurance policies and endorsements to clients.
- Attend to clients for renewal of insurance and / or road tax via JPJ, Post Office MyEg.
- Prepare quotations and schedules & monthly marketing and performance reports.
- Attend to phone calls and enquiries, as well as walk-in and in-house clients on insurance matters to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Promote insurance products.
- Assist to follow‑up on outstanding insurance premiums.
- Any other ad hoc duties when assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Possess at least a Diploma in Insurance, Business Studies, or other related discipline.Have minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance industry doing cover notes.Partial / full qualifications in ACII / AAII / ANZIIF.Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & customer service skills.Our recruitment team will reach out to shortlisted candidates only.#J-18808-Ljbffr
