Overview

APAC Talent Acquisition Lead at Cognizant

The project involves content review (videos / images / text) in the online space for one of the largest technology giants. The role requires objectivity and willingness to review sensitive content. The team must follow client policy guidelines, meet stringent turnaround time (TAT), maintain productivity, and achieve a minimum monthly average quality as per targets.

Responsibilities

• Moderate content to ensure accurate and precise decisions in the online space in compliance with client policies and guidelines
• Gain full understanding and in-depth knowledge of client policies and guidelines
• Review user-generated and editorial content including text, images, audios, and videos
• Review sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing material, as needed
• Identify improvement opportunities and solutions to problems
• Analyze content for compliance and flag non-compliant items for action in a timely manner
• Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
• Recognize trends and escalate issues outside of established policies
• Leverage market-specific knowledge to scope solutions that support user community needs
• Meet daily KPIs and ensure process adherence in Service Operations
• Learn to work with customer internal tools and maintain confidentiality under tight deadlines
