Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Human Resources practices and processes. As a strategic partner, the HR Manager will work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Management : Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's objectives. Lead workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. Foreign labor recruitment according to local regulation and compliance social compliance. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Promote a culture of trust, respect, and inclusivity.
- Compliance and Policies : Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management and KPIs : Design and manage performance evaluation systems, including KPI implementation. Regularly assess employee performance and provide actionable feedback. Use performance data to inform training and development plans.
- Employee Development and Training : Identify training needs across departments and levels. Develop and implement employee training and development programs. Monitor training effectiveness and its impact on performance.
- Compensation and Benefits : Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee reward programs. Ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
- HR Metrics and Reporting : Monitor HR metrics & analytics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, labor cost analysis, benchmarking and more). Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Social Audits and Compliance : Lead initiatives to comply with international social audit standards. Ensure zero recruitment fees for foreign labor in line with company policies. Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance. Foster collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Experience : At least 5–10 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role. Previous experience in manufacturing or similar industries is highly desirable.Skills : Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce effectively.Additional
