Purchasing Executive

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive to support our procurement operations and ensure the timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services for our construction projects. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about ensuring smooth project delivery, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely supply to project sites.
• Evaluate quotations to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier lists, and price databases.
• Coordinate with the Project team, Contract Department and Accounts to support procurement processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and assist in resolving any delivery or quality issues.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.
