Friendly, energetic, and patient personality. Teaching experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. Can swim in at least one of the swimming strokes. Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in Mandarin that can communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively would be a bonus. Patience, enthusiasm, and a love for working with young children. Able to work on weekends. Willing to work at Setia Alam Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities
- Lead safe and enjoyable swim classes for babies, toddlers, and kids
- Use engaging techniques to introduce water safety and swim skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their childâs progress.
- Create a warm, supportive environment that encourages water confidence.
- Periodic pool maintenance includes filter washing, water backwashing, and filter checking.
- Provide complimentary underwater videography to milestone students.
