Role Overview
Your mission is to connect with families digitally and help them understand that there is no better time to start educating their children the right way. Through powerful digital storytelling and strategic campaigns, you will show them that every day their child remains in a traditional education system, they are building bad habits that could limit their future potential. Your work will position the Fairview IB programme as the best in Malaysia—the one that will provide their child with the right tools to thrive in today’s rapidly changing world.
Your role is to craft compelling digital narratives that help families overcome their hesitations about leaving behind traditional education systems. You will show them, through our digital channels, that the world has moved on, and their children need a different kind of education to succeed in a future that looks very different from today.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to drive student enrolment and brand awareness.Lead Generation & Funnel Management : Design and manage lead generation campaigns that attract and capture prospective families, nurturing them through the digital funnel from awareness to application.Content & Brand Storytelling : Create and oversee the production of engaging digital content (blog posts, videos, social media updates, testimonials) that communicates the unique value of the Fairview IB programme.Analytics & Performance Optimisation : Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, engagement). Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to ensure a seamless journey for prospective families and to align digital marketing efforts with enrollment targets.Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct thorough research on digital trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviour to identify new opportunities and keep Fairview at the forefront of educational marketing.What We’re Looking For
Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector or for a premium service-based industry.Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital campaigns that meet or exceed key performance indicators like lead generation, conversion rates, and audience growth.Strategic & Creative Mindset : The ability to understand the needs and hesitations of our target audience and translate the Fairview value proposition into compelling, persuasive digital campaigns that drive action.Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for copywriting that connects and converts.
