Digital Marketing Specialist (Singapore & Malaysia, Luxury)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Luxury Business Unit at Carousell, supporting our growth in Singapore and Malaysia. This role focuses on luxury goods, driving both customer acquisition and retention through digital campaigns. You will manage paid performance marketing initiatives as well as CRM-driven lifecycle campaigns, helping scale Carousell Luxury into its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing (Acquisition)

Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across SEM, Meta, Google, and other paid digital channels.

Develop and manage CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) to engage and retain luxury customers.

Conduct A / B testing, analyse campaign performance, and optimise based on data-driven insights.

Work closely with Luxury BU leads, brand, and creative teams to align digital marketing efforts with business priorities.
