Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Rawang for a SaaS Sales Specialist focused on accounting software. The role involves day‑to‑day tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting customer outreach, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, providing customer service support, and training clients on software use. Sales Specialists will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills : both written and verbal
• Experience in Customer Service and ability to manage client relationships
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation and closing deals
• Skills in Training clients on software and product usage
• Experience in Sales Management and strategy implementation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with SaaS and accounting software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
