Mission

We are seeking a Trading Support Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and markets—a proactive problem-solver who ensures our trading systems run seamlessly, responds calmly under pressure, and bridges traders, quants, and engineers to stay competitive in the 24 / 7 crypto landscape. As part of the core Market Making Services engineering team, you will drive continuous improvement in trading infrastructure and system performance. This role is open to candidates located in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support live trading systems across global crypto exchanges in real time
• Act as first responder for production issues, escalating to dev / quant teams when needed
• Investigate trading incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document findings
• Manage deployments to support new features, coin launches, and exchange integrations
• Manage exchange connectivity, APIs, and market data feeds to ensure stability
• Build tools and frameworks to reduce operational toil and improve engineering efficiency
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to optimise trading performance
• Maintain runbooks and support tools for incident response and recovery
• Contribute to postmortems and continuous improvement of reliability processes
• Ensure adherence to product, risk, compliance, and security guidelines
