HR Assistant Manager (HR Strategy) | 4 - 5 Years' Experience
Help translate business goals into people strategies that lift performance, engagement and culture across the company.
What you’ll do?
- Drive culture & engagement : pulse surveys, action plans, recognition, change / change-readiness
- Support rewards & policy : salary review inputs, job benchmarking, policy governance
- Own HR analytics : monthly dashboards (HC, TO, TTF, absenteeism, training) with insights & actions
- Guide ER / IR : coach managers; manage disciplinary & grievance documentation
- Ensure operations & compliance : HRIS integrity; payroll inputs (EPF / KWSP, SOCSO / PERKESO, EIS, PCB); Employment Act 1955 (Amendment 2022)
- Partner on employer branding & recruitment for strategic roles
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Bachelors in HR / Business / Management (or related)4–5 years in HR with strong exposure to HR strategy, performance / talent and workforce planningWorking knowledge of Malaysian labour law, statutory contributions,Comfortable with HRIS + Excel / Google Sheets; able to build clear people dashboardsStrong stakeholder management and communication in English & Bahasa MalaysiaNice to have
SHRM-CP / PHRi / CHRP, OD / Talent certs, SME / high-growth experience, competency frameworks or change projectsSuccess looks like
