Key Account Manager (OE / Car Dealer)

Kundenmanagement :

  • Sie holen Informationen bei Kunden ein, um deren Ansprüche und detaillierten Anforderungen zu verstehen.
  • Sie beaufsichtigen die Überwachung von Beziehungen, einschließlich gesammelter Erfahrungen und angemessenen Feedbacks.
  • Sie entwickeln / erzeugen Trends, stellen Recherchen an, erkennen Chancen, führen Kaltakquisen durch, vereinbaren Treffen und stellen so neue Kundenkontakte her.
  • Sie informieren interne und externe Kunden und bauen eine Beziehung zu diesen auf, indem Sie Partnerschaften fördern, um Feedback bitten und auf Kundenanforderungen und -anfragen proaktiv eingehen.
  • Sie erweitern das System zur Identifikation der im Einkaufsprozess relevanten Personen und Anwendungsfälle, leiten dabei den Kundenplanungszyklus und stellen sicher, dass alle Anforderungen und Erwartungen der Kunden erfüllt werden.

Chancenmanagement :

  • Sie erstellen Vertriebsaktionspläne, um Kundenkontakte anzusprechen und bei diesen Geschäftsabschlüsse zu erzielen.
  • Sie verwalten Ihr eigenes Gebiet durch die Zuteilung von Zeit und Ressourcen.
  • Sie erstellen und pflegen mittelfristige Gebietspläne.
  • Sie sammeln und verteilen Marktinformationen zu Wettbewerbern.
  • Produkt-, Service- und Industriekenntnisse :

  • Sie beschreiben das eigene Unternehmen ganz allgemein überzeugend im Vergleich zu den Wettbewerbern.
  • Sie erkennen, welche verwandten Branchen Auswirkungen auf die eigene Branche haben könnten.
  • Sie gleichen Produkt- / Service-Wissen mit den impliziten Anforderungen des Kunden ab.
  • Sie beheben produktbezogene Probleme.
  • Verhandeln :

  • Sie erzielen in einfachen, formellen Verhandlungen mit internen oder externen Beteiligten einvernehmliche Lösungen.
  • Sie wählen einen Verhandlungsansatz auf Basis eines Verständnisses der Interessen und Prioritäten beider Parteien aus.
  • Kundenwertmanagement :

  • Sie entwickeln und führen Kanal- und Kundenaktionen / -programme durch, die nationale Markenideen / Denkweisen und Erkenntnisse zu Kunden nutzen, um die Kundentreue und Kundenaktivitäten zu steigern.
  • Sie arbeiten mit Vertriebsstrategie- und Vertriebsplanungspartnern zusammen, um Prognosegenauigkeit, die Maximierung von Chancen und die Entwicklung von Plänen sicherzustellen, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.
