Job descriptionExperience in brand activations, events, or experiential marketing is a huge advantage. Organised, proactive, and unafraid to speak up. Creative thinker who can connect ideas to execution. Comfortable with tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and high-energy team dynamics. A team player with great communication skills (verbal + written). Passion for fitness, wellness, or sports marketing? That's a BIG plus point.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the bridge between clients and creatives — taking briefs and turning them into action.
- Coordinate and execute advertising, activations, and event campaigns from start to finish.
- Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Understand the language of production and fabrication.
- Develop and present creative proposals, timelines, and cost estimates with confidence.
- Think on your feet and bring fresh on-ground ideas to the table.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and brand insights to grow client accounts.
