Job descriptionOversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and applications. Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability. Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, and service-level agreements. Support and maintain gaming-related IT systems, including slot machine networks, casino management software, and related applications. Ensure that cybersecurity best practices are integrated into all IT operations. Oversee data protection, access controls, and incident response processes. Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Establish IT policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and gaming industry standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Lead and develop the Information Technology team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide training and guidance to ensure the team is equipped with both IT and cybersecurity skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). At least 10 years of experience in a senior information technology leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation. Proven experience in cybersecurity management (e.g., network security, threat detection, incident response, compliance frameworks). Gaming servers, monitoring tools, or payment gateways for gaming platforms Experience managing IT budgets, large-scale projects, and vendor relationships. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Solid knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Familiarity with gaming system regulations, compliance, and technical integrations. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities. Awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
