What your typical day will look like :
As the APAC Project Manager, HR Operating Office (HROO) you are the core member of the Global HROO Portfolio & Programs Team, as well as the APAC HROO. You will partner with regional colleagues, the HR Technology (Workday) team, change managers and other HR and business stakeholders across dentsu. You’ll provide change and business readiness support across continuous improvement change and agreed HR transformation initiatives, focusing on ensuring that changes are “globally enabled, locally activated.” You will be delivery focused, adept at picking up in-flight work, planning projects on our roadmap, managing senior stakeholders, and bringing greater delivery rigour to our HR function.
Core responsibilities include :
Project & Change Management : Lead end-to-end project and program delivery including change, risk, and resource management, while ensuring alignment with governance frameworks.
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design : Capture business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize functional solutions, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training : Work closely with Change & Adoption and key stakeholders (e.g., HRDs, People Services) to deliver training and ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Governance & Technical Oversight : Ensure effective governance to mitigate risks, maintain APAC technical documentation, and drive continuous improvements across the HRE function.
A bit about you :
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM, project / change management processes, and related methodologies / tools.
Proven ability to build strong relationships across global, matrixed environments; adaptable communication style and a team-oriented mindset.
Experienced in driving APAC continuous improvement initiatives, with strengths in scheduling, risk / quality management, and outcome-focused problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; capable of creating clear documentation and presentations. Flexible, self-driven, and quick to adapt in fast-changing situations.
