Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various roles and industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and background checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements and successfully match candidates to open positions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and success rates.
- Mentor and support members of the recruitment team.
Requirements
Experience : 5+ years in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a recruitment agency or similar high‑volume environment.Industry Knowledge : 1–2 years of working experience in Retail, Merchandising, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or related fields is advantageous.Skills : Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.Proven track record in sourcing, assessing, and selecting high‑quality candidates.A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Mindset and Attitude : Collaborative, with a desire to share knowledge and support the team.Proactive, resourceful, and results‑oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.Able to think creatively to resolve issues and work independently.Positive working attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.Seniority Level
