Job Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and resourceful problem-solver to work directly with the CEO on special projects, strategic initiatives, and high-impact problem statements across the company.
The ideal candidate is analytical, thrives on tackling complex challenges, and can think both like a lawyer and an entrepreneur.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Management in driving strategic initiatives, corporate development projects, and organizational priorities.
- Act as a thought partner, providing structured analysis, strategic insights, and creative problem-solving.
- Prepare strategy decks, executive reports, and board-level presentations to support leadership decisions.
- Lead and coordinate special cross-departmental projects, ensuring objectives are clear, progress is tracked, and outcomes are achieved.
- Solve problems creatively and drive alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Gather and interpret business, market, and economic data to guide strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Develop dashboards and data models to track key metrics such as occupancy, space utilization, revenue performance, and customer trends.
- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations to improve performance and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).At least 5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, legal advisory, data analytics, or business operations.Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data interpretation, business modeling, and research.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.Resourceful, structured, and able to thrive in an agile, high-growth environment.Passionate about innovation, real estate, and the future of work.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
