Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Manager at our Shah Alam location. The Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth while upholding service excellence. Responsibilities include strategizing sales plans, developing and maintaining customer relationships, monitoring market trends, managing the sales team, and preparing performance reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals and foster long‑term customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision‑making skills
• Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies, market trends analysis, and negotiation techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record in sales and team‑leadership roles
