Basic salary range : SGD 2800 - SGD 3500 (Based on experience)
Commission : SGD 500 - SGD 5000
Key Responsibilities
- Making Outbound Calls : Initiating calls to a database of leads or existing customers to introduce and explain various insurance policies (e.g., health, life, general, car, home).
- Generating Leads : Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various means, sometimes including cold calling.
- Understanding Customer Needs : Engaging with customers to understand their financial situations, risk profiles, and insurance requirements.
- Presenting Insurance Products : Clearly and persuasively explaining the features, benefits, and terms of different insurance policies.
- Customizing Solutions : Tailoring insurance plans to meet individual customer needs and providing suitable recommendations.
- Handling Objections : Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to close sales.
Requirements
Fluent in English.
