Support Engineer

Job Purpose

To ensure SAP BPC solution is aligned with business goals by enabling end-to-end business transactions, process automation, reporting, and data analysis. To support digital initiatives where SAP BPC is core, extending to other applications, web applications, cloud applications, mobile applications, dashboards, data analytics, and IoT. To ensure the SAP BPC system operates smoothly with acceptable system availability, integrity, performance, and resiliency. To deliver high-quality IT services to business users and maximize system functionalities to enhance economic value for the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Application Support : Provide comprehensive support for BPC / IFCA applications, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving issues promptly.
• System Support : Manage disaster recovery procedures specifically for BPC, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum data integrity.
• Projects & Change Requests : Gather requirements, source solutions, propose solutions, manage projects, perform System Integration Testing (SIT), coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), oversee deployment, and conduct post-implementation reviews. Conduct impact assessments for change requests, define solutions, scope projects, submit quotations, manage vendors, and monitor change request implementation, deployment, and testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
