Overview

Operations & Finance Assistant — Future Operations Manager Track. Reporting to : Chief Operating Officer (COO). Headcount : 1. Target start date : before Oct. 2025. Location : Bayan Lepas Industrial Park, Penang, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities (first 24 months)

Track production plans, inventory levels, delivery milestones

Assist with month-end closing, cost allocations, variance analysis

Build KPI dashboards in Excel / Power BI

Act as language bridge (Japanese / Chinese / English) with HQ, vendors, clients

Years 3-5

Take full ownership of capacity, cost, delivery KPIs and lead an operations team as Operations Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above—any major; Accounting, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management preferred

Japanese JLPT N2 (or higher)

1-3 years in manufacturing, logistics, or finance (strong fresh graduates welcomed)

Advanced Excel; knowledge of basic financial statements

Analytical mindset, data-driven, proactive communicator, high ownership

Compensation & Benefits
