Requirements :

SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Admin or Secretarial studies
Minimum 1-3 years of admin experience
Good communication and phone-handling skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Pleasant personality

Compensation & Benefits :

Basic salary : RM4,000

Working Hours :

Tuesday to Satuday- 5 days' work week (off on Sunday and Mon)

Scopes :

Join a premier education center specializing in multisensory structured language (Orton-Gillingham Approach) and evidence-based interventions for children with specific learning disorders. Their mission is to build confidence, unlock potential, and reignite a love for learning in every child.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the front-line representative of the organization

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Manage administrative duties including scheduling, phone calls, filing, and mail

Prepare payment vouchers and manage office supplies

Perform clerical tasks and support management as needed

Experience Required : Min 1 Year / s
