Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
- Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance).
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Lead / support HR projects from HQ such as IDP, coaching, and etc.
- Assist in policy development, HR process improvements, and compliance-related initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5 -7 years of HR experience, with a strong background in T&D / Talent Acquisition.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.Company
