Position Summary :
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at MAG, you will gain hands-on experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to attracting top talent, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience—while learning from a passionate and experienced team of HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools
- Screen CVs and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
- Support the onboarding process and preparation of hiring documentation
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Help organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and university engagements
- Contribute to content creation for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and confidentiality of candidate information
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldsStrong interest in recruitment and talent acquisitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently and in a teamPassion for the aviation industry is a plusWhat You'll Gain :
