Role Purpose
Lead the Group's talent acquisition, employer branding, and scholarship strategies to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline while enhancing the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice. As custodian of the Group's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), drive initiatives that differentiate the organisation in the talent market, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, governance standards, and process excellence across recruitment, scholarships, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & EVP
- Lead the renewal, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the Group's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it authentically reflects the organisation's culture, values, and future workforce aspirations.
- Develop and execute integrated employer branding strategies that ensure consistent and compelling messaging across digital platforms, social media, career sites, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications.
- Partner with business leaders, Corporate Communications, and HRBPs to embed the EVP across the employee lifecycle — from attraction and onboarding through to engagement and retention.
- Strengthen the Group's position as an employer of choice by driving thought leadership, career fairs, campus partnerships, digital content campaigns, employee ambassador programs, and industry collaborations.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of employer branding initiatives using data analytics, talent attraction KPIs, and market benchmarking.
Talent Acquisition
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent for both current and future organisational needs.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, delivering talent insights and solutions that support business growth.Manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, headhunting, professional networks, universities.Elevate the candidate experience by optimising hiring processes and leveraging technology for efficiency and engagement.Scholarship & Young Talent Programme
Oversee the Group's annual scholarship program, including promotion, selection, award administration, and on-going scholar engagement.Manage the full lifecycle of scholars and young talent, ensuring their effective development and seamless transition into the organisation's talent pipeline.Design and implement structured frameworks that align scholarship initiatives with the Group's long-term workforce and capability needs.Compliance, Policy & Governance
Ensure recruitment, scholarship, and employer branding initiatives comply with company policies, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements.Oversee the Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration and reporting process for new hires and employees, ensuring accountability, transparency, and timely divisional reporting.Manage quarterly COI submission by consolidating declarations across divisions, validating compliance, and providing timely reports to management.Develop, review, and implement policies and guidelines to strengthen governance and standardisation across recruitment and employer branding.Provide oversight of compliance reporting and fulfilment of audit requirements.Process Excellence & HR Transformation
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing recruitment and branding processes, identifying gaps, and implementing automation and best practices.Harness HR technology and analytics to enhance decision-making and optimise recruitment and branding outcomes.Contribute to HR transformation initiatives to future-proof talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.Strategic Reporting & Insights
Provide senior management with data-driven insights and dashboards on talent acquisition, employer branding, and scholarship outcomes.Benchmark the Group's employer brand positioning against industry peers and global best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.Lead and support strategic and ad-hoc HR projects as required.Requirements
Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Talent Program Management.Proven expertise in EVP development / renewal, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment marketing.Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policy governance, and recruitment best practices.Experience managing scholarships, graduate programs, and young talent development initiatives.Proficiency in HR systems (SAP or equivalent), recruitment technologies, and digital marketing platforms.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills to influence leadership and engage diverse talent audiences.Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple strategic initiatives.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
