Job descriptionManage and oversee a full spectrum of finance functions, including group finance, credit control, treasury, accounts, budgeting / forecasting, taxation, insurance, legal, and company secretarial management. Quarterly announcement and reporting to Bursa Malaysia. Supervise and monitor subordinate daily routine jobs. Liaise with tax agents, solicitors, bankers, auditors, and other statutory bodies. Preparation of accurate and timely Management Reports and Financial Statements in accordance with statutory requirements. Ongoing review of costs, proposals, and evaluation of cost-reduction opportunities.
Support and manage internal and external audit requirements, including ensuring timely resolution for audit findings and comments.
- Prepare monthly group consolidation and financial analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate governance and the implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support various accounting activities and perform all other account and finance-related tasks as requested by management.
