Senior Account Executive

Job descriptionHandle full set of accounts and financial reporting activities. Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual closing of accounts. Prepare financial and management reports, reconciliations, and monthly schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations. Supervise and guide accounting staff; provide support to resolve issues promptly. Manage taxation matters and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government bodies. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Qualification : Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Language : Strong command of Mandarin (verbal & written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients (MUST).
- Experience : Minimum 2–3 years in tax, audit, or accounting.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude, able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Work Style : Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills & Attributes :
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and SQL Accounting System
