Product Specialist

About the role

As a Product Specialist at UC Biosciences, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, MY, and will involve providing expert guidance and support to customers on UC Biosciences' innovative product offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Responsible for new account development in Hospitals, Clinical Laboratories, Medical Clinics, etc.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscapes
• Managing existing key account customers and generating additional revenues to ensure business growth
• Gathering customer feedback to help inform product roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Product Specialist, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industries. Minimum BSc in Biotechnology or related discipline.

Experience in sales, preferably in the Diagnostic Products Industry will be advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and engage with customers.

A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.

Must be willing to travel.
