Key Responsibilities

• Website Design and Management : Lead the design and production of the official website, ensure alignment with brand identity and user experience standards; manage website updates, maintenance, and campaign planning.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of designers, oversee workflow, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs; coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers.
• Design Production : Create visuals using Photoshop and AI tools; develop responsive web layouts and design components for campaigns.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work with the Director to translate project objectives into actionable design plans; communicate design requirements and updates to stakeholders; collaborate with code teams for smooth page construction.
• Innovation and Tool Exploration : Stay updated on industry trends and explore tools such as Figma and ChatGPT; implement innovative design approaches to improve processes.
