Key roles and responsibilities :

Financial Planning and Performance Analytics :

• Lead the development and implementation of the Group's business plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic goals, performance monitoring and forecast analysis.
• Oversee and lead the performance reporting, monitoring and in-depth analysis of the performance across Lines of Business and Support Units
• Lead the accounting and financial advisory function to ensure compliance with the financial reporting standards or regulatory requirements, partnering business to facilitate existing and new product and solutions review and development, corporate finance exercise, strategic initiatives execution and others where relevant
