The Head of Development is responsible for the company's property development strategies, ensuring successful execution of all development projects within the organization. The Head of Development will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mixed property developments, from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Strategy Development : Develop and implement the company’s property development strategy, lead the property development team, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Project Development and Management : Oversee all stages of property development, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Financial Management and Budgeting : Develop detailed project budgets, monitor and manage development costs, and review financial performance.
- Relationship Management : Engage with local communities, municipal authorities, and government agencies to ensure smooth project approval and development.
- Risk Management and Quality Control : Identify and mitigate risks, implement quality control standards, and incorporate sustainable building practices.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring : Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and track key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in property development, real estate management, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale property development projects and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to secure financing for property development projects and manage significant project budgets.Knowledge of local zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.We are an established property developer located at Pulau Indah, Port Klang, and we strive for absolute commitment in everything we do.
