Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver and enhance Customer Management, Wealth Management, and Credit Origination systems. The role is responsible for aligning technical solutions with business needs, driving system integrations, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and secure deliveries. The Head of IT Delivery will collaborate with business and technology teams to support the bank’s digital transformation and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional IT delivery team for Customer Management, Wealth Management, and Credit Origination platforms.
- Implement system capabilities aligned with business functions and architectural strategies.
- Drive cross‑functional analysis and partner with architects to design scalable solutions.
- Lead innovative problem‑solving and ensure high‑quality system design and delivery.
- Oversee the creation of requirements, testing strategies, and functional validations during project phases.
- Foster collaboration between development, testing, and business teams to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure adherence to global architecture, security standards, and enterprise design principles.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.15+ years in Customer Management, Wealth Management, or Credit Origination system delivery.7+ years of leadership experience in IT system delivery, with proven expertise in managing large‑scale transformation projects.Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics, CRM, Wealth / Credit Origination Platforms (Cust Journey).Expertise in both Waterfall and hybrid Agile methodologies.Proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and cross‑functional projects.Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and time management skills.Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.Ability to innovate, adapt, and stay updated on industry trends.If you wish to send a direct message, please email
